Answer at the bottom of the newsletter

Downtown Chandler is set for a major transformation with a $53 million upgrade to Dr. A.J. Chandler Park, starting in early 2026.

The revitalization will modernize the park’s infrastructure, adding shaded plazas, updated landscaping, smarter lighting, and new event spaces.

A new pedestrian crossing at Arizona Avenue will boost safety, while better walkways and restrooms create a more comfortable community gathering spot.

Upgrades are designed to support local businesses, including improved visibility, attractive plazas, and easier access.

Incentives like Chandler Flex Rewards encourage residents to shop local and earn digital perks, strengthening downtown’s identity and economy.

Fresh developments, such as the Oregon Street Food Hall and One Chandler mixed-use project, will bring exciting new energy to the district.

By blending eco-friendly improvements, tech integration, and community-driven programs, Chandler is investing in a vibrant, sustainable city center for all.
